Is there a fee to enter?

Yes. This cost per entry is £149+VAT per submission, entries must be received by 12 September.

NGOs and Charity Organisations:
Entry is free for all NGOs and Charity Organisations, however to obtain this offer NGOs and charities must contact Carla.staden@fav-house.com prior to submitting their entries.
The entry discount for charities applies to those charities and NGOs working purely in the ethical, environmental or sustainable space where all proceeds are diverted back into activities that further the ethical, social or environmental agenda. Commercial organisations with a charitable arm or charitable status do not qualify.The free entry is limited to one category (subsequent entries using the same discount code will be disregarded) and cannot be submitted by a third party, agency or consultant in the employ of said charity. Only direct submissions are eligible.

Please note that full payment for all entries must be received prior to judging. In this case payment must therefore be received by the end of September 2017.

Is there a limit to how many entries you can submit?

There is no limit on the number entries that can be submitted by a business or organisation and where relevant the same entry can be submitted into more than one category. Please note that the entry fee applies for every entry submitted.

What is the entry deadline?

All entries must be submitted by Tuesday 12 September 2017. Please note that by submitting your entry you agree that a member of your organisation will available to attend the awards on Wednesday 24 January 2018. Please note that attending the awards does incur additional costs. Full details regarding table bookings can be found here.

Where will our logo be used?

We ask that you submit your organisation’s logo as part of the entry process in an EPS or similar format. If your entry is successful your logo will then be used as part of the onscreen graphics at the awards, along with all of the other finalists’ logos.

When will I know whether my company has been short-listed?

Judging takes place throughout September & October and the shortlist will be announced on the website in early October. (Date to be confirmed) All entrants will also receive an email confirming whether or not their entry has been successful.

Will I get feedback on my entry?

Our judges kindly give up their time to judges the awards and due to the high number of entries received individual feedback on each entry is not possible. They do however provide general feedback and this can be found along with some helpful tips and advice on how to submit a successful entry on the judges guidance page on the website.

When will I find out if my company has won?

The winners announcement will be made at the edie Sustainability Leaders Awards on Wednesday 24 January 2018 at the London Hilton, Park Lane. Winners are not notified prior to the awards ceremony.

How do I buy tickets for the awards ceremony?

You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the book your table button and submitting your details. You can pay for your booking online via card payment, or upon invoice by requesting the invoice option. Please note that full payment for your table booking must be received prior to the awards ceremony.

What are the timings for the evening?

Timings for the awards are listed below. You will also receive confirmation of the timings and other important information regarding the awards via email when you book your table or place.

When will I receive my invitations?

Your invitations will be sent to you following your table booking via email, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the registration contact as detailed on the form. This form must be returned to us by Friday 5 January 2018, otherwise charges may apply and guests’ requirements may not be met.

What is your table cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact. Cancellations for bookings received before Friday 22 December 2017 will be refunded, less an administrative charge of £75+VAT. Cancellations for bookings received on or after Friday 22 December 2017 will not be refunded. In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and no refund will be due.
